Straight Magic

Celebratory Shoes!

So after being on the market for just shy of 1 year, it appears that the house on Greer Street has found a new owner to love it up!

The deal hasn't been signed on the dotted line but the celebration started today! Allow me to introduce the Celebratory Shoe Fiesta I treated myself to once I accepted the offer.

And Ella was thrilled to have new shoes in the mix! She was a bit disappointed with the sensible pair but felt that the black and white snake skins more than made up for it.

Ella and I headed down to Jeffersonville to meet up with Aunt Coli, Zumi, Boompa and a host of others to celebrate the 9th Annual Thunderliscious Weekend Extavaganza! Three deep fried turkeys, platters of moon pies, trays of grilled veggies, and a host of other southern specialities like cheese grits and sweet onion pudding knocked our socks off!

Ella had a ball. She now fancies herself a bonap-fide hoola hooper!
